Our Beginning

Ignite Your Influence was founded in 2018 by Majesty Acheampong with a vision to educate, empower, and build a community for creators navigating the emerging creator economy. Recognizing a need for spaces dedicated to the growth and success of Black influencers, Majesty launched Ignite Your Influence as a platform to host events and conferences where creators could learn, connect, and share insights.

Over the years, Ignite Your Influence has become a trusted resource, bringing together hundreds of creators from across the United States to engage in meaningful conversations about the industry, develop their skills, and forge lasting collaborations.

Our Evolution

In 2024, Ignite Your Influence evolved into a full-service boutique talent management agency, continuing its commitment to empowering Black creators. Today, we specialize in supporting influencers by offering comprehensive services such as brand partnership management, contract negotiation, invoicing, and more. Our mission is to alleviate the operational challenges creators face so they can focus on their passion and creativity.

Now in 2025, we remain dedicated to fostering a thriving community while ensuring our talent has the tools and support they need to succeed in the ever-changing creator economy. We keep a small roster by design. Our intentionally small size allows us to deliver big results while keeping relationships at the heart of what we do.
